I don’t know what category to but this under however both hand rails are damaged at the entrance to the hub Hornby this is very bad as it blocks the use of the footpath which is not good for the elderly and people in wheelchairs to walk and move around. Also the give was sign is wonky and on a lean making it face the wrong way Please fix Or contact the hub Hornby if this is not your department lol thx
