Water General
Reported Wednesday, 11 December 2024 at 6:19 am, CPHP+2V Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The water on the Barnett park to the caves track is no longer working. This means the watering programme that is used for the tree planting programme is failing. Noone can carry enough water in to keep the 1000s of recently planted trees alive. There has been digging and activity on the bank above the tap - so someone has damaged the pipe.
