Reserve on Rothesay has not been weeded for at least two years. Only come and spray weeds then leave. Looks very messy and not keeping up with the Christchurch garden city. I personally have weeded the area behind me to the roadside. It looks a lot better and took an hour. Location reserve behind 6 Pohutukawa crescent
