The 'garden' plots on Skyhawk Rd and Contrail St and Kittyhawk Ave are in need of attention. Plants missing or have never been planted ever. Large weeds growing. I know many locals don't take pride in their properties but the Council plots are a disgrace. Also corner Contrail St and Bofors Close. Plants missing (stolen?) and weeds growing. It would be nice if these areas could be tended to and made attractive, please.
