The reporter’s words
The grass verge along the south side of Harewood Road (next to the paddock) is encroaching on the pavement. This is a high use pavement with kids and parents walking, scootering and biking along this shared path to and from Harewood School on a daily basis. With the pathway narrowing due to the encroaching grass it makes it hard for people using it to pass others safely.
