The reporter’s words

I’m creeped-out at living in a new home on a recently-resurfaced road, Trafalgar St at Edgeware Rd, that rises at even nominal rain fall, and rises up driveways toward homes. I thought Edgeware Village had a city plan in place to solve its know flooding issues? The corner sewer wasn’t blocked.
