Could a culvert pipe go under hendersons rd at this bend to empty ballentines drain number 2 directly into hendersins drain. There seems to be some sort of stirmwater system right there anyway. But the council is responsible to deal with the extra runoff from about 300 square metres of extra roading. They already flood the properties of boonwood close and need to deal with the runoff they are creating by raising the road.
