Pavement - General
Reported Thursday, 19 December 2024 at 3:14 pm, 1/491 Waterloo Road, Islington, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Shared path/cycleway. The in-ground detector on the Templeton side of Pound Road at the intersection with Waterloo is faulty. It detected me at first, then switched off, and I couldn't get it to detect me again so had to dismount and use the pedestrian beg button as the cyclist button can't be pushed. Please repair the cycle detector. Call me if this isn't clear.
