The reporter’s words
The drain cover is twisted and broken, with part of the drain itself now exposed. It's hard to see in the grass so would be easy for a person or animal to stop into it and hurt themselves (including taking a fall or twisting an ankle). The drain is in the park itself, with the 3rd photo showing the back of the house that it is near, for reference.
