The reporter’s words
Our neighbours (17 Rosebery) have chickens and we have no issue with that, except that the smell coming from the chicken coup is awful. We can smell it from our backyard, even from the other side/end of the yard. I don’t know how many chickens they have or how well/often their coup is cleaned out, but perhaps not often enough. It’s been a few years putting up with this. The smell is worse in Summer and with the warm days we are having, it’s hard to enjoy being in our own backyard.
