The reporter’s words

There is water coming up through the concrete at the entrance to the roller door. There is no water inside my premise. It looks like it is seeping up through the concrete to the left-hand side as you face the roller door apparently recently the Council has been doing some work on the stormwater. I wonder if there is a pipe that is burst underneath.
