Kia ora this sump is blocked - not leaves in the grate but the underground chamber / pipe is blocked. The overflow runs down the driveway and threatens to flood houses at 28 and 30 Rapaki Road. Please clear urgently- the drains are generally blocked by leaves and bark off the council owned gum tree opposite 37 Rapaki Road.
