I wonder if this is legal - I feel it is a distraction to motorists as it is in the middle of the road inserted into a council road sign (arrows) where traffic heading east on Harewood Road converges from one lane to two. Or when traffic is heading west on Harewood Rd and traffic reduces from two lanes to one. It is on the corner of Harewood Rd and Trafford St. outside the Dairy.
