This large vehicle blocks the footpath. The path is narrow here and rough. The vehicle is causing a significant health and safety issue and hazard. There is little room for prams, wheelchairs, blind and disabled to get through. It is also a busy roundabout with speeding traffic The owner of this vehicle must be made aware of this issue and the vehicle must be moved Thank you Rawhide Derwood Lloyd
