Pole taken out of metal sleeve and just put in ground this could fall on someone and southerly on its way and not even pointing in the right direction . If this is the fix it solution it’s not going to work . Put this job in about 3 weeks ago . A Higgins work truck came to see it . Hope this is not end result.
