The reporter’s words
A crack in the footpath has opened up, and is leaking a constant stream of water popping up from the ground. This is right next to our water meter, and has now gone and filled the water meter box so I can’t read the meter. I believe wear the hole appears to be in the footpath is the councils ownership.
