Pavement - Damaged
Reported Wednesday, 8 January 2025 at 10:07 am, 14 Parr Place, Ilam, Christchurch 8041, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The broken asphalt shown is immmediately outside our gate, behind it is concrete laid as a continuous pour only 3 years ago. The break outside our property is new but assoc with the massive non native elm tree outside our property. We have queried the growth of this before. Unless something is done to reduce the damage caused by this tree it will inevitably damage our drive. As we have complained many times about this when it happens we will be seeking compensation to replace whole concrete pad
