A lot of rubbish dumped in three separate spots all on Basingstoke st. Start middle and end of the street are the three spots. Trolleys and rubbish are dumped here often. I grew up in Dunedin and either the council or University provided skip bins at the end of the year for students leaving to prevent rubbish dumping of this extent. Is this a possibility? It shouldn’t be happening at all and those responsible are disgusting and disrespectful. It’s sad is who want a clean neighbourhood
