Public toilet at Templeton domain has no sanity. I've been there few times and it's always messy and no sanitizer for months. Hope there will be a cleaning contract assigned to someone but it looks never been cleaned. It's probably time to take some attention as it deserves a good clean both flooring and fixtures. Flooring might need some coverings as the current one is so messy and just cleaning may not be sufficient. Thanks
