The reporter’s words
Re: Temporary Traffic Management Eastbound cycle lane on Kilmarnock approaching Hagley Park coned off for road marking. No advance warning of cyclists being forced into general traffic lane. Note cyclists can’t use left turn lane, as detector won’t activate cycle crossing, and Spraymarks probably don’t want them cycling over freshly painted lines on either side of cycle lane to get to their detector. Therefore need to use right hand general traffic lane. Contractor: SMT
