The reporter’s words

Garden sprinkler watering the footpath! Set at position where the water is constantly flowing on the footpath and pedestrians need to either walk on the grass (I currently have a leg injury and have to be careful on uneven surfaces) or get wet. The homeowner must realise the footpath is getting wet but not be considering the needs of people walking past- also including the elderly and people with babies in pushchairs
