Reported Saturday, 15 December 2018 at 9:24 pm, 8 Millpond Pl, Parklands, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
I'm sick of the lazy C.C.C you are reactive, not proactive. You are ineffective and inefficient. Our subdivision is a disgrace lack of consistent maintenance. We need weeding, trees limbing up, BlackBerry, Convolvulus removing.
