Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Monday, 17 December 2018 at 9:14 am, Eastern Terrace, Saint Martins, 8023, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Bright red plastic bin with rubbish in it. Keeps getting tipped over. I hope this isn't a permanent bin as it's very ugly-completely ruins the look of the ponds and it keeps getting tipped up. Can it be removed? Thanks
