The reporter’s words
The atea below the watertank is full of convolvulus which is strangling the surrounding trees. It is unsightly and the seeds are spreading. Our main concern is the effect on the existing trees as they provide a visual barrier between us and the water tank. I reported this a year ago but nothing has been done.
