The reporter’s words

Cattle grid is blocked with shingle from road meaning large cattle cross the road, also the road after the cattle grid is not fenced for stock (Montgomerys) this means that cattle are constantly walking in the middle of the road, my understanding is that this is a public road and as such should be fenced accordingly. Also, there are now parts of the road where a car can only just fit (see my two girls for width comparison) Yet again since Christchurch city took over from banks peninsula are roads get worse and worse. I would once again like to remind everyone at Ccc that there are so many young children who live up Montgomerys and bachelors, will it take a child’s death for you take notice?
