I received one of the most ridiculous text messages from CCC, as attached, saying this job has been concluded by adjusting a manhole. Really?!? Photo attached showing the pond today (1.5m x 5m). The problem is that a manhole drains zero water. A a drain needs to be installed or the fall adjusted. Whoever sent the message to us saying the job is done really needs some performance management, such was the outrageous ignorance. Please get this sorted. Please, I beg you! This is a duplicate report. The original report was sent on Dec 19, 2018. Hi folks. Any chance of some news here? This puddle obstructs pedestrians and in winter forms a scatting rink. This huge puddle doesn’t have anywhere to drain to. It covers the foot path and in winter freezes over creating a substantial threat to pedestrian safety. We’ve just returned to our home after 5 years away because of earthquake damage and the puddle still exists. Can someone please install a drain or get the fall of the area correct to drain this pond.
