The reporter’s words

The owls terrace boat ramp is full of gunk again making it very hard to use as soon as it’s not full high tide. Is this able to be scrapped with a digger to clear out the sides so the ramp can be used. The muck carries an awful stench so highly concerned of contamination and health risk when having to come into contact with it when loading boats. There is also a lot of weed & plants throughout the river from the basset street back to owles. It keeps getting stuck on paddles when using the river
