The reporter’s words
The stormwater drain for this property and two others is disconnected underneath the birch tree. We have made measurements and it shows it as been in council property. We believe that the drain may have caused minor landslide on the street below earlier this year. We are currently doing drainage work on the property and need this resolved ASAP.
