Can this tree be trimmed back at all please? It’s coming over on to our property and blocking out a lot of sunlight and the blossoms block our guttering when they fall. It is planted so close to our brick fence and we have concerns that the bigger this tree gets, the roots might damage our fence and damage bricks. Is there anything you can do to mitigate this for us? I’m unsure why the council planted it so close to our fence perimeter. Thank you.
