One of the residents in the area keeps parking their unregistered vehicles on the street taking up valuable parking space. The picture is of 2 vehicles but sometimes there are 3 or 4 of them all owned by the same person. Myself and other residents are sick of the lack of parking this causes and wish for something to be done about it. Also if he's running a car sale business then he's doing it on council property.
