Hi, over the past week we noticed excess water pooling in our garden beds but have not been able to find a source of the leak. Our concern was our neighbours spa pool had been emptied & our neighbour has said this happened 6 weeks ago. From over the fence we have spotted a water toby on the neighbours side of the fence-line & surface water also, as shown in the photos. This is causing concern for our established plantings & lifting of pavers. Water waste is also a concern.
