The reporter’s words

Container is parked outside 58 (?) Marine Parade. Container was originally set up inside boundary of the house - container has now been moved out onto the road. Walking my dog tonight & crossed the road, whilst a vehicle was driving out of Fleming St, to turn right onto Marine Parade, driver spoke to me and said that container had been placed in dangerous position on the road, as unable to see any oncoming cars. No lights on it, road cones placed around corners of container.
