The reporter’s words

Morning team, Despite already taking snaps of the same situation last bin collection day, receiving a reply from the CCC etc (thank you), it was disappointing to see the same situation Tuesday of this week ??????? I was home when the red bin collection truck went past and literally watched him do it (lower the red bin and my neighbours red bin at 7 Franco Road) back down onto the road again, not the footpath. As you can see by the photos there is clear space to ensure safety. This must stop. Hazard
