The reporter’s words
Noticed vehicle with trailer parked by bridge on Brougham Street with hazard lights on this morning (30 Jan) at 630am. It was still parked there at 630pm with hazard lights on. I just drove past it again at 11pm tonight. It has no hazard lights now, so assume battery has died and vehicle still parked there. Its just unusual and parked in a spot which is reasonably hazardous.
