Hi - this verge is often such a mess and the weeds grow over into my garden. Ever since the area was changed from grass to other planting the weeds have been unsightly and a place for people to throw rubbish. The convolvulus needs to be treated and a deeper mulch applied. The tree is also oversized and potentially hazardous - a native tree would be much more in keeping with the rengarenga. Also some of the rengarenga have died and need to be replaced.
