The reporter’s words
People have been camping by the new Brighton boat ramp for over 2 months, rubbish and no toilet. Illegal and an eyesore. Even worse there is an unleaded misbehaving dog right next to the cyclist / walking track. Please get them removed and the mess cleaned up. They have a blue tarp as a fixed tent.
