Animal - Domestic
Reported Monday, 3 February 2025 at 9:03 pm, 155 Palmers Road, New Brighton, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
A small white dog is never contained at property. I have never seen owner, never heard owner call out or come out to get dog back.Constantly coming out of boundary going up footpath, barking, following. This has been going on for sometime and now beyond a joke. Something needs be done now, it’s not fair on people trying to walk their dogs especially people doing the right thing and if people have dogs that are scared of other dogs or are reactive, this dog just causes major issues for that owner
