The reporter’s words
The townhouses that are being built on Leitch Street has terrible soil erosion control measures in place. There is thick sediment in the gutters and evidence that sediment has run into the sump down the road. They will be pouring concrete soon and I believe there is a high risk of sediment being washed into the network. Thanks
