Hi. Someone came and fixed the original water leak . Unfortunately they damaged the drainage system that was next to the pipe (I was home and saw the damaged nova flow pipe, but didn’t think it would impact the drainage). Drain does not flow anymore & the water is leaking out of the repaired area. One attached photo shows leak. Other shows the blocked drain in the gutter.
