The reporter’s words
I'm sure the rubbish truck drivers have heath and safety rules they need to abide to. Leaving my green bin in the middle of the road poses a significant hazard for oncoming traffic. It also means I need to go into the middle of the road to retrieve it. It's a terrible look for the council, and since the bin has my address on it it makes me look like an idiot too.
