Subject: Request for Repair/Replacement of Damaged Red Rubbish Bin Hi City Council/Waste Management Department, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report that the red rubbish bin at 8 Gibbs Pl is damaged. The back of the bin is broken, and the lid is no longer functioning properly, which makes it difficult to use. Could you please arrange for a repair or replacement at your earliest convenience? Let me know if any further information is required. Thank you
