Hi there, One of the properties we manage has an issue with the water pressure dropping in their tenancy. We had a plumber trace the line and found the attached puddle that has been holding water in it for the last 2-3 months and believe this to be the issue. Can we please have someone investigate Kind regards, Sam Colliers
