The reporter’s words

Hello. I live at 3 Dalgarven. There is water leaking from the bank on the hillside opposite our house & running down Dalgarven. It was there most mornings last week & dried up during the day. It's Sunday night & it's there again. I'm guessing that someone on Huntlywood or Glenelg has a leak. I don't know if it's clean or waste water. Please don't tell me it's on private property on a private road. If the hillside slips there will be a big mess on a public road (Dalgarven). Thanks.
