This traffic light signal seems strange. When we have stopped (heading towards Hagley park from Avonhead) the lights show red light and red arrow. Then when light goes green, the right turn still has a green arrow, even though the oncoming traffic has stopped for a red? Should there be a green arrow moment? Would help reduce congestion building up, especially with these road closures.
