As previously discussed, people are walking/running / biking or driving with their dogs off lead (and often out of their sight) along onawe flat road . They seem to believe it is an off lead dog are (council tells me it is not). Please could you put up signs . This is happening daily or most days. Scaring on lead dogs and people and leaving faeces
