Hi 20 years ago with councils approval we put in a metal fence to enjoy the view. We are upset that after several phone calls asking to have garden tidied as full of acanthus which is constantly spreading to our garden. An azaela has also been planted which in time will block our view.I have called about moving this to another area of the park.This bit of garden is constantly a mess and often has dog poo and rubbish.We think low ground over would be better and would be happy to keep it tidy
