The reporter’s words
There’s lots of early morning walkers around the Medway footbridge (mostly women). It would be awesome if the bridge could have one or two lights on it because it’s pitch black in the morning and there’s often some lurkers around. Would be safer if we could see them from a distance. Just a suggestion ??
