The reporter’s words
Neighbours contractor illegally blocking my drive way so i could not get in or out. I spent 10 minutes trying to get the neighbour to notice me in the front yard as i could not access their front door to move their contractors vehicle blocking my drive way and access into the house. When I did finally get the contractor to move the car, they then blocked another driveway, then went back to block mine again. I told them not to park there again and they kept doing it.
