The reporter’s words
The raised platform at Ferry Road Aldwins Road intersection has been raised too high. I was in my truck, and despite my recognizing on approach that it was raised and braking, I was thrown in the air and landed hard. It was a hard hit that hurt and had me in tears. I have been dealing with back issues and had got pain symptoms under control with physiotherapy, but I'm now feeling very sore.
