Street flooding occurred once again v. easily last night, (3/3/2025) although an 'insignificant' rainfall event. Difficulty for residents in New developments to get in their cars parked on the road & their homes. Leitch St is known by CCC staff to be a Flood prone area with insufficient drainage repairs completed since the Chch earthquakes, yet consent given for 8 properties/homes to develop into 33 units / homes on these properties. Leitch St drainage pipes/ road needs a full upgrade ple
